Capture & Convert Leads with Our New Lead Capture Engine

Capturing and following up with leads is one of the most powerful tools for any healthcare practice. When combined with valuable and timely patient education, practices have the ability to follow up on valuable leads where the prospective patients are most interested and invested in booking services.

We're excited to announce a new feature for the Engagement solution of the Clarity Practice Performance System: The Lead Capture Engine.

What is the Lead Capture Engine?

This feature enables practice staff to follow up directly with patients or prospects who have received a patient education video series, also known as patient journeys, by providing the individual name, cell phone number, and engagement activity in a simple, easy-to-use report.

The ideal use case for this feature is when a patient or prospect contacts a practice to inquire about services or schedule a consultation. Then, the Clarity Practice Performance System sends a patient education journey to that person’s cell phone, empowering patients to learn about what they are interested in, at the time they need the information most. 

Once they have received the text, their contact information appears in the Lead Capture Engine, which can be accessed by clicking “Recipient Reports” in the Engagement module.

In addition to the contact information, practice staff can see which journey has been sent, which method was used to send the journey (whether that's through integration, a manual send throught the portal, or recepient sign up on your website or social media), the date it was sent, and how much progress the patient has made.

From there, practice staff can use this information to contact the patient or prospect and follow up to schedule them for a consultation or appointment. 

This ability to directly follow up will improve the practice staff’s ability to increase conversions to consultations and decrease no-show rates for those who have been scheduled.

Bringing Patient Engagement and Follow-Up Together

The Engagement solution in the Practice Performance System provides high-quality, clinically accurate and engaging video education directly to a patient's phone. We have a number of journeys available for the Aesthetic, Ocular, and Dental industries, with more to come. These videos educate a patient on the basics of a procedure, their options, and what to expect. This means patients come to consultation better educated, asking better questions, and ready to have a higher-quality conversation with their provider. 

With the Lead Capture Engine, practices can directly follow up with patients who are most invested in the content and most likely to convert.
